Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your registration for the RISE program, the following cancelation policy will apply:

If you cancel prior to 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 26, 2022, your registration fee will be refunded.

If you cancel between 5:01 p.m. on Monday, September 26, 2022 and 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 28, 2022, your registration fee will only be refunded if we are able to fill your spot with someone from the waitlist.

Cancellation after 7:01 a.m. on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 will result in the forfeiture of your registration fee.

Refunds can only be processed on the same credit card that was used to pay for the program.  Please do not use a pre-paid credit card for your registration.
